The Blue Orchid is located in Aspley Guise, a small picturesque country village in Bedfordshire, near Milton Keynes. Within the village square, the building is an attractive traditional Grade II listed brick built property built 1837, and lies within a conservation area.

The property is divided into areas with distinct characteristics to provide luxurious and intimate areas, as well as more open areas for larger functions.

The Bansuey, meaning Beautiful House, is a luxurious and welcoming Lounge with bar, water features and generous seating area.

The Fah-Sai, meaning Nice sky, comprises of two dining areas with an intimate ambience.

The Suriyan, meaning Sun Room, is a bright and airy conservatory, with a showpiece wood carving.

The Jhantra, meaning Moon Room is a large banquet room, with its own facilities and bar area suited to private functions.

All rooms have been dressed with traditional Thai furnishings, exotic foliage, and have retained some of the properties original period features such as high ceilings and covings. The restaurant also has a large garden which has been enhanced with palms.
